615 n. state st. chicago, il 60611 (between ohio st. & ontario st.) grahamwich is located in the tree studios, a former artist colony established in 1894. the building was listed as a chicago landmark in 1997 and in the national register of historic places in 1974. the ground level is covered in a cast iron arcade and designed as store fronts, while the second story is covered in roman brick and serves as artists' studios.
